John is back in his room from surgery this afternoon - rm613. They removed the catheter in his groin and put a new line into his chest, replacing the previously infected line. He's doing well and is hopeful to return home soon. However, his return home may be hampered slightly with his daughter's (Danielle) flu, as she was diagnosed yesterday. But the family are all being treated, and hopefully this too will pass without much more issue.

I'll remind everyone again - John is starting to get back up to speed with phone, text and Internet - trying to "log on" a little each day. Feel free to drop him a line. He'll be delightfully surprised and you just might make his day!
